Kennedy Cooper's Roots Paper

Public Deposited

This paper was completed for Dr. Julia Haager's History 234: Immigration and Ethnicity class in the fall 2024 semester. In their “roots papers,” students explored the migration journeys of a relative or another individual, examining how that person's experiences relate to the broader economic, political, and cultural history of immigration. The projects required detailed genealogical, archival, and historical research using Hunter Library's resources. Many students also included interviews and photographs in their projects.
