This presentation is about how one library has decided to divide the work needed to get items into ContentDM in a shared environment. The presenters will talk about how different people within the library can contribute to the metadata about an item before it is uploaded to the public. The presenters will talk about the types of projects, how they divided the work at their library, how they decided to assign “gatekeeper” responsibilities, how the workflow is effected by the types of media that are scanned as well as the IT considerations and limitations with the ContentDM software.
